You are told that the rooms are with amenities. Yes, they are there, but which ones !!! It stinks of dampness, the shower room is so small that you either need to turn off the water to get soap or leave it. There is very little space in the room, the fridge barely breathes and the sockets spark. You need to ask for bedding, but you will not see towels there in principle. There is no promised barbecue and utensils. The lights near the room too. Therefore, you can fry the barbecue at the room either in the afternoon or with a flashlight. They are so polite with guests that they don’t even see when they leave. The sea at 100 meters is nice, and the beach is normal.

Impressions are generally good, very beautiful landscapes. Initially, they were poorly configured, because the house with a view of the sea was booked in advance, received confirmation of the reservation, and upon arrival it turned out that we had not been booked and our name was not on their lists. But the issue was settled, were left without a sea view ( In general, hot water, a refrigerator, air conditioning (it does not work very well), a tee on an extension cord. Of the minuses: a little light, dusty floors, windows do not open, ventilation in the shower room is not thought out. And the sea view is amazing. Lots of outdoor furniture. I don’t advise old wooden houses at the base, it’s better to be in a tent than in them.

I'll write a bit about this place! They were March 7 - 9, 2020. From the positive: owner Natasha is a wonderful sociable person. It will solve your problem with food, transfer, household appliances😀😀😀. We were allowed, by the way, with a puppy dog ​​!!!!! Room: double bed, single bed, large wardrobe, table, refrigerator, chairs, bf, TV, air conditioning, kettle, boiler, shower, toilet: in short everything in the room is for 250 UAH / day. There are different numbers: ours is small. The territory is large. Our room was at the entrance (with your back to the sea😉) because the air conditioning in this unit is for heating. Those. from the farthest point to the edge of the sea "creep" 1 min, even less. Shore: sand without shells, gentle entrance. From the negative: the rooms are very poorly cleaned. And the territory seems to be clean, but so ..... In fact, I recommend to come. This is the very edge of the Black Sea spit, beauty: on the one hand the sea, across the estuary. Berezan island, kinburnsaya spit, etc. Ochakovo is 5 km away. There are shops, a good market: well, in short, a normal town. Recommend)))))
