Women's fitness center. The room is not big. There are club cards. At the moment there is a promotion, the first lesson is free. This club has several programs: circular training, three-phase weight management program, personal support. The cost of classes is from 199 hryvnia / month.

Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. For women after 40+, this is an ideal type of training, as all muscle and heart groups are training. Very pleased. It has become my lifestyle. I will recommend this club to everyone. It is necessary to train, and not engage in nonsense.

Nutritionist Maria is the most adequate woman. All the rest are either cursing or rude and without respect set out for the threshold. If you remove the hamok you can do it.
