It cannot be called a yoga school. This is the Okoloyogov sect of Shapoval, created for divorce for money and propaganda of debauchery. As it turned out in the community of victims of UFY, Shapoval and Ocheretko are the most dangerous instructors in the Ukrainian Yoga Federation I strongly advise, before going to yoga to Shapoval, to type in a search engine 'ufy reviews' and read about the horrors and nightmares that occur in this sect.

My first acquaintance with yoga happened 6 years ago in a class with Roman Sharoval, who allowed me to see yoga not just as a set of physical exercises, but as a set of practices aimed at changing and developing in all areas of life. The novel gave tools to improve yourself and your body, and most importantly - changed my attitude to life, taught me to see and use its capabilities. I am grateful to Roman for the knowledge and best practices that he shares, the experiences and emotions from communication, for the opportunity to continue to study as a pleasure.

I started doing yoga 7 years ago, but I really realized what I was striving for only after meeting Roman Shapoval. A wonderful instructor, a person who is ready to share his knowledge, experience, time, patience. Changing your life is difficult, admitting your mistakes is even more difficult, but if you are not afraid of difficulties and are in a state of search, I recommend doing it here. Many thanks to the instructor, school and everyone who is involved here. Without your help, I would not have succeeded.
