My description: Unfortunately, the Kulbakino microdistrict cannot be called sleeping and quiet, as realtors write. Because there is an operating airfield, a railway, a diesel locomotive workshop smokes, a plant is making noise. A remote area, the road there is often closed by a crossing. There is a school, kindergarten, club. The supplies are ok, but slightly more expensive than the rest of the city. I consider the assessment, on a five-point scale, you can put no more than "3".
