Appeared once did not really want to do a check, as did the usual violations were not detected! The products we have are very poor quality and to defend the rights even when poisoned is not possible .. Checks are corrupt and there is no guest who would guarantee the quality of the products.

Sent a complaint letter. Within 14 days provided by the law did not receive an answer from the inspection. Got a response somewhat later. The case is considered and brought to a logical conclusion. I remove the stars because it is impossible to send complaints in electronic format. Only correspondence by mail - it's not convenient and takes a lot of time.

Has had a very positive experience of interacting with them. They consulted on the phone how to prepare appeals, responded to appeals and did their job well. It is a bit inconvenient to have to use regular paper mail, and the process is not fast. But changing these things should probably be decided not at their level, but somewhere higher.
