Already 2 times a situation has occurred when I received a message about the arrival of the parcel, and on the spot it turned out that there was no one at the department. When I called the hotline, I found out that my parcel was simply not unloaded and it went to STRY !! After completing the complaint, she was sent from Striy back to Lviv and was informed about it again when I re-applied to the hotline. At the same time, all employees always behave as if this is all the norm. I'm just shocked because there were materials that I need for work.
