Huge queues, one cash register works. Retirees stand for half an hour on the street, in the heat, holding on to the railing. Very long process of receiving parcels. I specifically order this office so that it is convenient to pick up the departure, but the last time there was a case. A parcel from China arrived on Thursday (2:00 pm), at 5:00 pm a notification came from Ali that the ship had been forwarded to a distribution center. Came to pick up on Friday, after 10 minutes of unsuccessful searches, the parcel was never found. They said that they were redirected to the department at the place of service. When asked which office at my place of residence, there was no answer. So, I've been waiting 5 days. IF A MAN WRITES YOUR INDEX, THEN MEANS SHE WANTS TO TAKE A LINK FROM YOUR DIVISION!

The queue is VERY slow, with only one window running - you can wait an hour or more. Constant "breakthrough" insolent smarts WITHOUT queue to buy an envelope-newspaper-mark, and the operator serves them, despite the protest of those standing in the common queue.

Awful service. Two windows are views with only one running. The queue of 5 people serves more than an hour. There is no courtesy, employees behave inappropriately - they are eternally angry and dissatisfied.
