I would like to share my feedback. There was a difficult birth, the child was injured, they traveled to all the main specialists in the city, stopped at Victoria Alexandrovna Chumak. It is very difficult to get to it, the record is 1.5 months ahead, this speaks for itself about the professionalism of the specialist. We are very pleased, she is an excellent clinician, I read the reviews and am surprised. Everyone has their own doctor, apparently this one did not suit you, look for your own. People don't come here just like that, so there are problems and they need to be treated. The doctor cannot help but make a diagnosis, because mommy does not agree with him. Thank you very much, Victoria Alexandrovna, for accepting us. All the best! P.S. We were in clinics with marble, and there was zero help, so we draw conclusions. I do not recommend Chumak V.A.! Gives healthy children without exception: torticollis and hypertonicity! Hypertonicity is not a diagnosis! It is observed in 100% of babies and goes away on its own! He advises the masseurs from whose massage the child screams, if not in himself, and this is all 10 sessions !!! Think parents!

Awful place !!! I go there only because I need a specialist - Chumak, and she accepts only there. Today I came for a consultation with a 3-month-old baby (my husband brought me, I had to take time off from work) and then it turned out that the young lady who recorded us got something wrong and there are already people in our time! So she didn’t even bother to just apologize, but told me: "and what should I do?!?!" Dirty and rudeness! While the prices are the same as in any other private clinic!

The EEF device did not really work for the child, the research time was 5 minutes, the child was not warned that it was recording for such money, 350 UAH. The research was terrible! I do not recommend! I expressed no satisfaction, so I was offered to go to another clinic and there we do it and we will return the money to you. But Sorry, you need to do it qualitatively and not send to other clinics then why work and offer people not high-quality services! Horror!!
