Good day. I must say right away that there are no questions about the work of doctors, they are excellent specialists. But the reception desk works the way it is convenient for them, not the client. I suffered twice, now I am writing, this must be stopped. The first time my doctor got sick, I do not know when the clinic became aware of this, but I was notified on Sunday in the afternoon, the recording from a convenient time to me switched to the day (if there are two children, find a nanny with an asterisk in the evening), okay. In the absence of a doctor, I am advised to make an appointment with another, good. At the appointment, it turns out that the doctor is a completely different specialization and on my question he cannot help (the doctor did everything he could, I repeat there is no question to the doctor). Does this mean that I myself had to check the specialization of the doctor and not trust the girls? And finally, after an appointment with a substitute doctor, at the exit, I ask me to sign up for the procedure to my doctor, which should go out by January 3-4, while I tearfully ask you to dial as soon as it comes out so that you can choose the time for January 11. As a result, I write myself and find out that the doctor has been there for a long time and is busy all the time, and again they give me the middle of the day and again I quickly look for a nanny.
