I bought insurance from vuso last week. The representative who attended to me was very corteous and professional. Unfortunately, the terms of the insurance (which i did not understand very well because of the language barrier) did not suit me. I thought I was been fooled and went back there to fight her, she was calm, rational, professional and very helpful throughout my outburst. 5/5 very highly recommended.

I use hull insurance - there were no problems, they always pay and do not shake my nerves, such as calling the police, etc. They say a hundred and the total is paid normally, but it's better not to know it yourself and not to check it. In regressive cases (if there is a culprit of an accident and it is not you) - in general, no hassle with knocking out money from the culprit, they do it. In general, the insurance protects their nerves!

One star is too many for this insurance company. Refusal to pay money for an insured event! They constantly said to call the numbers, but there was no sense. They promise to call back, since there are no free operators now. They never call back, they deliberately play for time. I do not recommend insuring with this company !!!

Refused to pay the insurance premium. Probably they have no children, and even more so they do not know what it is when your child dies in your arms. How can one come to his senses and call, report an insured event in two days. Maybe the company should think about extending the term? Thank you, the world is not without kind people - they helped, but not the VUSO insurance company.
