Very professional, individual approach to classes. The atmosphere of a single team prevails. I felt the results of classes in a few days. We have been doing it together with my husband and son for 5 years.

Perfect place. I go to Vladimir's classes. The instructor explained in detail how to perform the exercises correctly, the feeling of energy movement was from the first lessons. In general, I feel more harmonious and relaxed.

I went to a trial lesson - I really liked it! Homely atmosphere, comfortable. Instructor Alexei explained everything in detail, all exercises were well worked out. The first time I felt the result on myself, it became easier to breathe) I recommend it to everyone!

Good advertising, but the expectations are not true. A kind of fitness in a one-room apartment. It is advisable for the girl who leads the class to learn what she is trying to teach. I do not recommend.
