"The place where the light ...", otherwise you will not say. At the same time, cafes / restaurants with bright illumination, and the library glows dimly. But this is the most correct light;)

There is wifi and you can work at the computer for free for 30 minutes (in quarantine, before that - 1 hour). There is a printer.

Excellent and modern library for adults. I like to read here in silence, otherwise the noise and din at home, as always, and it is impossible to concentrate.

Librarians were very pleased - nice women, helped to choose the right books and spoke in detail about all the rules! Also, they showed the reading room, in which silence reigns, there is free Wi-Fi and you can use the computer for free 1 hour per day (hereinafter 1 hour = 10 UAH). Helped find a rare book that I could not buy anywhere! It’s a pity, of course, that she cannot be taken home :)

Good reading room. Cozy. There was a computer room with the Internet. One hour a day you can use the computer and the Internet for free. If you come with your laptop, you can sit on their Wi-Fi for at least the whole day. There you can print, scan, Xerox. Not the lowest prices, but convenient. Once upon a time in a subscription, I asked if I could give them books and magazines. We were not enthusiastic about this. They said that it was necessary to watch what was there, that they were not satisfied with everything ... I gave the books and magazines to another place. They were happy there.
