Don't use the services of these crooks! At the checkout, they withdraw money from the card, registering it as a cash withdrawal operation, for which your bank may charge an additional commission. This is the first time I meet this at a gas station in Kiev.

In order to refuel, you have to stand in line for those who want to buy coffee, hamburgers, maple braids, toilet paper and more. Not refueling but some fast food.
