Hello! I would like to write something good in the review, but alas, you did not deserve it! I had two unpleasant situations with you. The first was about 1-2 weeks ago, you can read a review of that situation in google maps at the restaurant. And today again, we can say, it happened again. We called you at lunch. The girl answered, accepted the order, said after what time to come. 5 minutes later we called back to find out what kind of meat we wanted. We are waiting. After 20 minutes, no one answers, because the phone, surprisingly, is again out of range. We called 5 times! Even though your delivery is free, you could deliver this order yourself! Then the number appeared online an hour and a half later and we were called to say, in such an unpleasant tone, "WHY DIDN'T YOU COME ON YOUR ORDER?" And how do I follow it when I don't even know if it's ready ??? !!! Fine. I followed that order! I wanted to talk to your manager, to which the waiter said, "He's gone, just left." I said that I wanted to leave a review in the book, yes, I forgot that it was repealed by law, which the waiter told me. And the waiters ask me what the problem is? I told them everything! And you know what I heard in response to "yes we understand you, it's our fault!" Your! And it will happen again and again! And what infuriated me a lot is that you counted 2 boxes! What are the two boxes? One box was for Caesar salad, and the shawarma was wrapped in foil? What other boxing ??? You should not consider these boxes at all for such service !!! I will not swear, but honestly I really want to! I have many acquaintances who come to Khust and ask about good establishments, I always advised them yours! Because you thought you were in the center and the appropriate service and kitchen should be! Now I will never recommend your establishment! You are ruining your reputation! With your incompetent administrators, waiters and managers! And I advise you to change the operator or phone, if you always have problems with it!
