In this review, I want to note that Aurora is the only center in Ukraine that really helps people with hearing problems at the highest level. The staff and doctors treat their patients with respect and attention. My wife is a client of this center. The other day she needed to replace her hearing aids, and Dr. Shchekaturina did her work at the highest level, gave my wife audiometry, selection and adjustment of hearing aids, thanks to her, my wife now communicates much more easily and fully with the world around her. For this I am very grateful to Doctor Oksana Schekaturina, her health and more grateful clients!

Nice service, nice staff. But, unfortunately, the doctor, having proposed 6 options for hearing aids, could not fully tell about all the differences and advantages of some over others. More advanced model; these are better than those. That was the whole answer. I have never worn a hearing aid, I am not familiar with the possibilities and functions, I do not know at all what is important and necessary in them, and what is not very much. And I never got the answers to these questions. Probably, it was necessary to make an appointment not with an audiologist, but with a technical specialist to get all the answers. Because now I am confused because I don’t know which hearing aid is right for me, given my conditions and rhythm of life. Which of the 6 to choose? And the cost varies significantly. Someone will say, take the most sophisticated. But here the question is, maybe the device of the previous model will suit me. Why am I) if a person has never worn a device and contacts the center, I would suggest that the consultation include a technical consultation with a description of all the nuances of the operation of the devices.

He speaks legibly and in essence everything, gives sensible recommendations and, in general, is very noticeable from communication that he is an expert. I recommend getting to this particular doctor in this clinic. I don't know about other doctors. Because I came here for the first time.

The center is very beautiful, the impression was positive. The center employs polite and competent employees in their field. But prices are biting hard. I have not monitored other companies, maybe such prices everywhere. I sincerely thank the employees for their attention and good attitude.
