They are terribly dissatisfied with this store, and first of all with the non-obligation of the seller. I bribed the adequacy of the price for the sofa, but as they say, you will be stingy, you will pay twice ... The fabric for the sofa was bought by us, because the factory does not work with this manufacturer. As you know, most of the production time is taken by the manufacturer of the fabric from the wholesaler, but here the fabric was in stock. The sofa was promised before the New Year, 2.5 weeks (at first). After we gave our fabric, the seller began to change the terms, but to reassure that the sofa will be on time, they promised to call, but they were not. Our calls were indignant about intrusiveness and phrases that the dates before N.G. no one promised us, again a promise to call back and nothing. Clarified for additional pillows, no one called back. They always called themselves. And so N.G. we are without a sofa and our fabric with them. The sofa was brought on January 8, after all the holidays, but ready it was on the passport on 30.12. But the main thing is the blatant incompetence of the seller !! The sofa was brought in the layout in the wrong direction !!! Since the fabric was ours and to listen to more communication from this seller we did not have the strength to leave the sofa. From this seller, like water off a duck's back ... Again, a promise was given to call back, because I was not in the office and to clarify whose mistake, but no one called back !!! And plus, the sofa was in the city on 05.01. , but Madame the seller so distributed the delivery that he got to us on 08.01, thanks for that. Bottom line: post-Soviet store, Council of Deputies in service, clearly incompetent and optional seller who made a gross mistake in ordering, ignoring the buyer's requests, time was violated, the delivery price on the website does not match !!! leftover fabric not returned, unpleasant order. Conclusion - do not save and don’t contact this store !! overpay for normal service.

A little uncomfortable when there is nowhere to sit when calculating the configuration of the furniture.

Good service. Great price range. Huge selection of furniture to order. I think everyone will find for themselves. I was comfortable and pleased with the result! :)
