I came without any skills, coach Ivan Olegovich himself monitored the progress of my training before letting me into the general group. He spoke in detail about all the nuances and subtleties of strokes to the smallest detail.

From the first lesson I fell in love with the training methodology of Ivan Olegovich. Very tactful and competent trainer. Easily finds a common language with both schoolchildren and people of my venerable age (and older). Prior to that, even in the first courses of the university I studied Thai, but I abandoned it a long time ago, so I personally had very little preparation before coming to Sarmatia. Therefore, it is important for me that training is always held in a friendly format and are not afraid that your nose will break)) Although I came to training full noob, the trainer for several lessons explained the basics to me and helped me join the team. The club has a friendly atmosphere, a sensible, competent coach! The hall is always clean, all the necessary equipment for training is. To the club there are athletes who compete in competitions. Prices for classes are lower than in other clubs, and the productivity of training and the attention of the coach will be much better than in some Thai boxing clubs.
