August 29, 2020 I made a facelift for me 59 years old. They said the result will be in 2 months. 2 months have passed - the result is zero. The check was not issued. I went after 2 months to return the money for the scam. I wrote a statement, they do not give any refunds. I threw 9350 gr into the wind. I do not recommend this smas lifting and this salon to anyone!

Awful clinic that has disfigured my body forever !! 1 procedure and month of treatment, the result of scars on always! I rarely write reviews, but I can not leave this story just like that. In the AURA clinic at 27, Goloseevsky Prospect (Kiev), I did 27/05 laser hair removal for the first time in the zone (armpits, legs). After 2 days, I started having irritation and a terrible rash, after a week the rash turned into purulent acne, and after 2 days I could no longer raise my hand. Most of all suffered one armpit! As a result, I was hospitalized in the hospital, underwent surgery to remove ulcers and was diagnosed with hidradenitis! A week later, I was given the same operation in the hospital, and treatment is now prescribed. Bottom line: one procedure, a month of treatment practically and scars for life. In the clinic, AURA does not react in any way, no one returns the money even for the procedure. Shrug, complete impunity! I have photos and extracts confirming all this horror! I have not given a receipt, although obliged, now say that the check was written after I left. This is a direct violation! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone !!! Take care of yourself and your health, trust only professionals! Do not go to this kind of clinic. I very much hope that my story will help end impunity and no one else will suffer at the hands of masters AURA clinic! AURA will meet in court.
