Do not contact this company under any circumstances! The worst company with whom we had to cooperate during the repair! We ordered floor convectors from them (it's good that we didn't order biofireplaces from them)! We paid insanely big money for the Convector, Then separately for the heating project, Then separately for the installation. We provided a contract with a guarantee - but in reality everything is very sad! We came to install it after the New Year holidays - as a result, the employee was drunk! He set the convector crookedly! The level is not used. We had to pay money to another company to correct this misunderstanding, since they could not lay the parquet on the convector curves. They didn’t even apologize to our comments, they said that they were not responsible for the employees. After installation, we immediately noticed that the convectors were flowing. They promised that it would pass over time. But they flowed all year. As a result, they finally eliminated this. Then it turned out that they sold a convector with an inoperative fan. The fan has not been replaced after half a year! This is a scam company! Updated: 1. The convectors were installed on the eve of the New Year holidays (end of December), the employee was drunk. Your employee Irina received a response to our complaints over the phone: I don’t answer for employees, I don’t know why he is drunk. You can manipulate the signed acts so that the next buyer after reading and understanding that it is not necessary how we discuss any problems with you - you just need to make a complaint about the drunk employees. At that time, convectors flowed and your employee apparently cheated with words - what is needed so that more hot water flows in the system and all pipes are sealed, wait and it will pass. The system in the convectors was turned off that winter due to the continuation of repairs, and in the spring there is no heating anymore, so it is silly to write about a year of silence. When the batteries were opened the following fall, they were leaking more. Your work was not done well with deception of the buyer - it should be so, you just wait and it will pass. 2. In January, the parquet contractors came in and showed us with a laser level that the convectors were crooked. Our calls to you were unsuccessful. You fraudulently took signatures for installing convectors, but the buyer does not go with the laser level and the buyer is not a specialist to evaluate the work and sign the act. Therefore, when you received a complaint that the convectors were installed crookedly, you refused to correct your mistake. You said that this is the norm when the error is up to 1 cm. You suggested that the floors should be set to us not according to the level with such an error! New buyers will read the review and will know all the pitfalls of working with your company! As soon as you receive the signature of the act, then you are removed from the customer and say that this is the norm. 3. What and who installs in the apartment under the Smart House - does not apply to convectors. Wires were held and there was a request from our side to prove the performance of the goods! You have violated our consumer rights, and you are now referring to the number of electrical contractors, etc. When you should have the client run and show that the fan is working. There was electricity to check. You took the signatures on the delivery of the goods, which in the end we are again not specialists and did not know that something was missing. When we forced you to check the fans after another leak of the convector, it turned out that one fan was not working. And our endless calls lasted more than a year. You deliberately delayed this process. You took away the broken fan and you haven’t made a replacement for more than half a year. You can continue to argue about the signed acts, but all the buyers know that we are not specialists, they put equipment on us, take a signature. And when it is found out for some reason that it is not installed correctly, you are hiding. Therefore, as a consumer, I was deceived by your company. And such comments that you “went to a meeting” to eliminate your defects prove that you are deceiving customers. When you find your mistakes - you call it "went to a meeting." You selected the convectors incorrectly! And only now we see where the errors in the selection of the convector are made

I ordered radiators and installation in Lex. All brought and mounted on 5! Such a detailed heating project even the designer said that she had not yet met. On the market, the price is the same for all. Thank you for your work.

Equipped apartment design radiators and convectors. The guys picked it up and brought it back, and when it turned out that our plumbers can not figure out how to install, they left two times to tell us how to do it. So everything is fine! Very professional approach to business. We will continue to work
