I bought a set for my wife on the DR. At home, I found that the locks on the earrings did not work well. I went to the store (SEC avalanche). At first, the seller tried to squeeze something in front of me with pliers, then she began to assure that everything was fine. But the locks never worked. They took me for "examination" for a month. They will probably fix it, but the sediment from such a service and all warranty obligations will remain for a long time.

Comment is not on the store itself, but on the TOUS network. Gave a ring, after 2 months the links went apart. I handed over for repair on 02.16.20 - the declared deadline for the return from repair is 03.03.20. Now 05/24/20 - I'm still waiting. During this time, no one dialed me, did not warn, did not apologize or explain exactly how the network works in quarantine. But I am sure that the workshops, the post office and the management worked during the quarantine period. The phone on the office site does not work, after auto-greeting it also resets silence. Decent global brand service.

The comment is not to the store itself, but to the company representative in Ukraine. More than once I bought jewelry in TOUS Ukraine, I was always pleased with the service. Now, during the quarantine period, I bought earrings, they told me that the goods are not subject to return. Gave don’t fit earrings. He called and explained the situation, that I want to exchange for other more expensive ones with surcharge, asked to transfer to the management, I was sent off. It turns out that the earrings will lie on a shelf gathering dust, the company did not want to meet when other companies in Ukraine change. Horrible customer focus and service. I made a purchase during the quarantine period, it would be interesting for the company to sell products, or go to a meeting, apparently the task is just to push everything.
