I made an order through the website. An SMS has come stating that "the replacement has been accepted." I waited 5 days for a message that the order could be picked up, but it never came. I went to the site - Status - "Vidmineno in the pharmacy". Are you kidding me? Why didn't you send a message stating that the order was canceled? I will never order here!

I join the negative reviews, the pharmacist is an incompetent rude young lady. I have been to this pharmacy twice, I won't go again, despite the prices slightly lower than usual. Both times I left the pharmacy with an unpleasant "aftertaste" from communicating with the pharmacist: for the first time I took the Internet order, which they could not find in the pharmacy for about 10 minutes and expressed their "fi" that I sent it late in the evening, so I came for him almost a day later)) The second time, a few months later, I went for nasal drops, and again turned out to be to blame, because I didn't have 80 UAH. under the calculation, and from 100 UAH. for some reason, there was no change at the checkout. And I will note that this was not during the opening of the pharmacy in the morning, but around 6 pm, during a large flow of people from work. Please draw the attention of the pharmacy management to your staff, because due to the incompetence of employees, you lose clients, and at the same time your profit

Good afternoon! Very unfriendly staff. We were busy with something. I asked if Nazisof was available and to see the instructions. Answer: "We have no time. We need to collect the goods. Look at the site for yourself." I do not recommend this pharmacy to my friends.

one star is very overpriced, because in this pharmacy they are rude, oskarble and do not give drugs ... you need to ALWAYS CHECK ALL BLASTERS ARE AVAILABLE ... if they steal from customers, then your pocket is not safe .. personally, I will not recommend to anyone, and I myself will never take it here
