There is no such rudeness in any pharmacy. Despite the fact that this one is closest to the house, I try not to go into it. They start being rude at the checkout right from the start. No hello, no goodbye. When you try to stay calm, they begin not only to be rude, but also to raise your voice. They calm down only when you switch to the same tone. And another question .... Why introduce a loyalty program if your staff at the checkout has not even heard of it? For about ten minutes we figured out what kind of program it was and where to click, the second employee came running and again could not figure it out. And even though it was clearly their jamb, they still did not forget to be rude at the same time :)) I ended up just saying "I don't need any balls", paid and left) And how at the end they throw drugs at the client - this is a separate topic, as if we do not come to the pharmacy, but to their home. Why the management of the pharmacy does not do anything about it, despite so many reviews about rudeness, is a mystery to me.

A normal pharmacy, in principle, everything is always available. But often the cashiers are not very friendly.

made an order on the website. an hour later there is no SMS with confirmation. on the hotline, the girl says "now I will clarify and call you back." 15 minutes pass, I come to the pharmacy, hoping that they will help me with this issue. I go up to the girl, voice the problem, they answer me “expect SMS. following!". I wanted to order the drugs I needed at the place, but they didn't even let me do it. in the other window they served me politely. the hotline girl did not call me back. when trying to call again, no one took the phone off. SMS never came. very sorry
