I bought shoes for almost UAH 6,000. Knot 2 times and the sole came off. They usually refuse to return the money. Asked at the box office whether such cases often occur, answered with surprise that no, and the reviews show the opposite picture) Well, no more foot in this sub-store) The quality is the same as in the confiscations, the most horrible! I understand the good reviews, the staff writes😄

Disgusting return service. Good afternoon, everyone, if I may say so. I bought shoes in this store, carried them for 1.5 months and that's it! Enough as they say! The sole has worn off and small holes constantly appear (although I almost always drive a car, I walk around the office) + today I walked and I just broke the seam on the side and now it's just a hole! Guys, this is horror and not quality! Shoes are not worth 1000 hryvnia so that it would be of such quality! The same story with my girlfriend (the sole just peels off) in the photo you will see everything.

The staff is extremely unpleasant. Act like they are store owners and not consultants. They rude and slip expensive shoes and react too violently to no answer. In addition to the rude staff, it is very frustrating that most of the assortment is a fake for other brands, and not very high quality. I saw the bag and went over to look it over because the model seemed very familiar, when I came up I saw the Maison Margiela logo. And there are a lot of such examples. It is very sad that there is such a service and quality.
