The staff is friendly, smiling, young. But it took a long time to shop in this store. One pair of shoes was not "punched" at the checkout correctly. I had to refuse it or pay a second time because the money is not returned to the card so quickly (and probably within 2 weeks). Okay, they refused. We bought one pair, which in the end turned out to be small and had to go to change it. Why focus on the size of the foot, if you can put a ruler for the foot in the store (as is done in ecco) and already determine exactly what size is needed, and not by touch. People who buy this shoe for the first time are more likely to buy it one size smaller, because they do not know how it should "fit" on the foot. For example, in the wardrobe there are shoes in sizes 37 and 38. It all depends on the manufacturer, how he sews it off, by what standards !! In crocs, size 7 (our size 37-38) and size 8 (our size 38-39). This is written on the crocs tags themselves! How to choose here? In general, somehow everything did not work out with this purchase)) One member of the family was left without slippers, the other with slippers, but of a different color (slippers of the CORRECT size were of a different color, not what they liked). And I was also surprised that each Crocs store is a separate state of emergency, not a chain. It is impossible to find out if there is a certain model, for example, a different size, in some other store. This does not affect the review, and so, for information)) But the plus is that the type is more assortment, if you have enough strength to go around all the stores)))))

Besides the fact that Kroks are excellent shoes, there is also a very worthy consultant working here. She took the time, was well versed in shoes, explained all the details of the model, compared the model with other models, advised on the size and tolerated a long fitting for a long time and calmly. Respect to such workers!
