What we liked about the clinic: - Very good clinic staff: doctors, assistants and administrators. They answer questions, treat animals with care. - The administrator is always in touch before, during and after the operation. Before they gave instructions on the preparation, during the time they immediately informed how the operation ended and when it was possible to arrive, after that they were in touch with the care and consulted online. Probably my best experience in veterinary clinics :) - The clinic itself is pleasant inside: from the cleanliness of the offices to the sofas at the entrance. - Pleased with the hospital. Separate playpen, heating pad, blankets. The constant presence of a doctor or assistant. You can definitely not worry about the health of the animal after the operation.

After two days in the clinic with kidney and bladder problems, my kitty Frosya, we were discharged, but her condition improved. On the second day, she began to have urinary retention. We turned to the clinic for help and refused to admit the cat with acute urinary retention. The cat could not go to the toilet for two days, it did not work and manually empty the bladder. She needs to be saved and they refused. And when they did an ultrasound of urea, they did it on an empty urinary tract, what they could see there is difficult to say, but they took the money. Then the administrator called and apologized, but there was no desire to contact them. We went to another clinic.
