Perfect place. The service is great. Cozy rooms. Booked a room 3 days in advance for your DR. Upon arrival, I was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a basket of fruit with champagne ... It was so unexpected and very pleasant! Great food and very professional and polite staff. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Delicious and satisfying. And such an important point: there was a large supply of toilet paper in the room, although we were three girls ..! Seriously!

We checked in on November 7, in standard rooms 11 and 12, in the same house, with friends. We were in room 11. Cozy, with an exit from the balcony to the terrace, beautiful view. But there are moments that I want to inform about so that the guests do not have surprises, since we are already experienced travelers, there is something to compare with. So, November, it's cold, we are settled in a house without heating, on the thermometer +10, until we figured out that we need to keep warm on our own, we walked in outerwear indoors. The fireplace and the air conditioner caught the temperature near them +20, being constantly on, it blew near the balcony, because it was colder there. It's good that we went to a restaurant, leaving the exchange. The night was merry, as the air conditioner, when turned on, hummed so that the wall seemed to tremble, the fireplace clicked and shone with a bright light, which had to be covered so that it would not hit the eyes. By the morning I already felt that my nose was clogged, caught a runny nose, as the air is cold, there are few heaters, there are no spare blankets, the floor is icy, and I can't walk barefoot. When checking in, I noticed that there was no refrigerator, safe, water, soap, asking for water, they told me that it was only put on in the summer, but they brought water and a couple of bottles of shampoo instead of soap. Shower, the door barely closed, was afraid to break, but managed. When I went out, I found that water had poured onto the floor from both sides, flooding the foot towel and slippers, I had to dry the slippers, and soak the water with a towel, since it was impossible to walk there. Knowing these little things, you will be ready for a normal rest, taking along warm pajamas and a good mood. As it turned out in the morning, friends from the next room suggested that there is a heated floor and you need to turn it on, which the administration did not warn about and, as I said earlier, did not prepare the room. So, you need to guess yourself, especially girls who may not understand this. Breakfast is a bit late, considering that if someone needs to leave earlier, at about 10 am we were allowed into the restaurant, so ask the administrator if your time does not match. Beautiful place! Great service! I had to book a room in advance (there were no rooms available). A visit to this piece of paradise coincided with my friend's DR celebration. The hotel staff tried to make this joyful day unforgettable. Special THANKS to the waiters! Very friendly and polite. The administration quickly responded to all requests and wishes. Pleased with the breakfast included in the room rate. The omelet was especially tasty. Everything is super, I will definitely come again.
