I bought wallpaper in 2018. The quality of the material is excellent. The service was good and prompted, and made concessions (bought wallpaper, but there was no way to take everything that day, so they took the rest in a couple of days).

The consultant is not interested in buying from them, they probably work at a rate, they answer in a rude way. There is no desire to buy wallpaper from them.

The store is good, the choice is great, but .... Sellers are a nightmare !!!! The seller served us as if we came to her house, the crown was very disturbing to her to communicate with people. I doubt very much competence. When buying a wallpaper, the seller rolled the roll on the table, and when the house was glued, it turned out that the picture is not visible. When I came to the store to show them the photo of the wallpaper on the wall, they accused me of having to take a closer look and said that it was such an effect on the scuffed “Italian” wallpaper. To my claims that the seller was obliged to inform about it or to pay attention, they said that the seller is not obliged to do anything. Moreover, during our communication, we constantly talked with ridicule, were confused in conversation, then accusing me, then the people who glued the wallpaper to me and themselves rubbed them, but this is also your “effect!” !!! Just awful!!!

Terrible store, terrible service. Came the other day to choose the wallpaper. Immediately said that I would watch expensive wallpapers. Explained what I am looking for. The seller got the catalog that I requested. It did not have the right wallpaper. I asked to suggest options for my request, what the seller said, you first decide what you want, then I'll show it to you. Not a single catalog offered, not a single option offered. With that in the store I was the only buyer. Apparently, the sellers are not very interested in selling with such service. Disgusting. Gone without seeing anything else. Disgusting service.
