Awful client service. Me and my friends were celebrating a birthday and after having a good time we asked for the bill. Than we were told that this place doesn't accept credit cards. , there's a board SOMEWHERE near the bar that warns about it and we should have noticed that. The way it was said wasn't polite at all. We asked to call the administrator and the waiter agreed. However, he came back and said "some of our clients decided to help you with your payment". That's how this problem was solved. My recommendations as a client: 1. Improve a client service. It was terrible. 2. We're in 2019, people are using cash less and less. The card acceptance is needed. In other way YOU NEED TO WARN THE CLIENTS YOU DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS JUST AFTER THEY ENTER. 3. Hire the administrator.

The place is amazing. The food is amazing, drinks are good and sheesha is also amazing. The music is always a hype and not too loud to disturb hanging out. Their service is really good. They are friendly and speak in English well. Some areas have less ventilation so just better to look for a table near the window.
