I decided to go to take tests in Aesculapius. Having clarifying questions, I decided to call the operator, because as in most laboratories, it is more profitable to order and pay online. The question was clarifying on the total, the operator said that currently the total is not done, only separately on the indicators ... First of all, how so? That is, the same analysis is, the second of which is not relevant information listed on the site. The low qualification of the operator and the greed of the clinic lost the client in the face of me forever. To the question of the operator whether before each order I should contact and ask whether such analyzes do I received the answer - "well if this analysis will not be then you will be offered to make some other on these means or as a last resort will return means" Type of person goes to take a test for kovid and she is told sorry, we temporarily do not do but can pee in a jar? As a result of 10 minutes of conversation with the operator, of which 7 minutes I hung on the line ... it's awful. I do not even recommend thinking about going to this lab.

Horrible, horrible, horrible: they would lie in your face about the prices and conditions to make some extra money. I can tolerate bad service, lack of professionalism, even rudeness, but I simply can't tolerate a lie. Stay away from this place. Terrible place. They lie in the eye about prices and terms of analysis. Lost a lot of time. Avoid it.

I have never had blood from a vein so horribly taken anywhere. bruise on the arm, 5 cm in diameter for a week not to go. I could not stretch my arm for 2 days. the vein was pierced through. I have never encountered such incompetence
