I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND the White Bim veterinary clinic. Emergency - a three-month-old kitten dropped out of the 8th floor. Open wound, hip fracture. By phone: we will take you out of turn, in fact: rudeness and reception in turn. The preference was given to the client, who for more than 10 minutes could not decide on the choice of "sweets". Aibolit came to the rescue! With trepidation and care, they provided urgent assistance.

An emergency case, they said on a call that they would receive and help, just come, but in fact they did not take the turn, that is I have to wait with a pet whose spine is broken, while they are cutting their hair and nails, while they are doing routine vaccinations, etc. Full of tin ...... Damn, I rushed to save the life of the pet, to do at least a painkiller, and they tell me - in turn, we still cut. Strongly do not recommend this clinic. Immediately we went to the forest, got advice in 5 minutes without waiting in line ... We were taken to Zaporozhye and managed to save the life of a pet

I want to express my deep gratitude to the clinic veterinarian Natalya Yuryevna. After three weeks of torment of our pet cat, an unspecified diagnosis, taking medications and injections that she was prescribed in another clinic in our city without establishing a diagnosis, and just to prescribe something, after suffering, we were advised to Natalia Yurievna, this was our last hope for qualified help. Today we came to Natalya Yuryevna, and literally from the first minute the cause of the torment was found and treatment was prescribed. Separately, I’ll tell you that I was very pleased with the attitude to the animal, they talk with it, at the same time they calm the owner хозя it’s so important😊 everyone talks about the disease, about the prescribed drugs and their effect. After half a day, having come from work, my cat was able to meet me at the door, I was so glad 😊 (it has been difficult for her recently), I hope that further treatment will lead to a full recovery. Thank you very much for your work and for our favorites !!!
