Good evening. The story is as follows - in this store, my grandmother, who is 75 years old, with a pension of 3500 UAH per month, bought half a month ago, bought a pump for supplying water from the pool. After installing it in the pool, two days later, rusty water began to flow from the tap. After two days it was not used. On the fifth day, the water went even yellower from him, after which he had to get it. As a result, the pump itself was all covered with traces of oxidation, in appearance it was already as if it was 5 years old and not 5 days old. The grandmother turned to the store with a request to replace him, in response to hearing that this could not be, no one gives a guarantee for him, and even the fact that, according to the law, within 15 days they must take him back and return the money without any explanation, they also refused something to undertake. So the conclusion: the store does not sell high-quality materials, they do not give any guarantees, and when handling complaints, they simply say that "this cannot be" and hang up. And such a case is said not only and not only with pumps ...
