We were in winter, very cold, the water froze everywhere, there was no opportunity to swim. They promised that it would warm up in the room, but after a couple of hours of waiting they turned around and left.

Came here on our way home from the south. There was little time, you had to go far. Ordered a salad and chop, waited about 50 minutes. Before that, they were not warned that they had to wait so long. Very bad, I would even say, terrible service. Today is 09/13/2020. I don't know who was on the shift by name.
