The hotel is new, it is not a Soviet building, rooms with good renovation and furniture, quite spacious, the child was provided with a large sofa as an extra bed. Cleaning on request, the girls do everything quickly and efficiently. Closed parking for cars on site, convenient - because the area is closed. There is a kitchen to prepare yourself, and you can dine at the hotel. Their own cuisine is quite tasty, Ms. Anna is very flexible to the wishes of customers, if the main dishes of the menu are greasy or heavy - she and her team will prepare something light, you can also order a children's menu (and cheesecakes are just great!) - Given that most cafe in Shchaslyvtsevo - a hot dog / shawarma / chebureks - the hotel "Golden Beach" with this approach to food - a great option. To the beach about 200 m, there are sunbeds from the hotel and a shaded area (50 UAH per day one sunbed and free trampoline for children for hotel residents), not many people on the beach, because the hotel is away from the village center and the central the beach. The owner has plans to improve the interior of the hotel, a separate parking lot, if he manages to do everything he planned - the hotel will be one of the best in Shchaslyvtsevo definitely.

Nice hotel. Everything is new, a lot of money was invested in the repair. Good bathroom, which is also not always the case. The only thing is that the audibility from the neighbors, from the corridor, is strong (but this is practically everywhere). Food can be ordered in advance, we took only dinners at the hotel, we are quite satisfied. The beach is the closest to the hotel by the standards of Schastlivtsevo.

Answering your answer, you did not call me, but I called you, this is the first thing. Secondly, you really called me the next day and asked to remove the reservation (probably so as not to pay a commission or something). And thirdly, you organize your work with clients better so that you will not be ashamed later, and do not give advice on how to organize my vacation. I believe that booking in advance is a normal organization of rest on my part. If you work with booking then work with dignity. I wrote my review so that people know what this can be and do not spoil their vacation like we do.

We rested with families for about 20 days, we really liked the hotel, the rooms are new and clean !!! Most of all I was impressed by the kitchen (we were going to cook ourselves, but in the end we constantly ordered it in the restaurant). It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach is clean with sun loungers !! And the best part is a cool bar with the most fashionable music 😜 The place of all our parties was the beach with a cool bartender (Dima hello) About the staff: these are the most pleasant, helpful people who have become dear to us during our stay !!

good hotel, beer hosts, delicious food. The only downside for me was the mattresses and bedding as well as the pillows. in my opinion it's time to replace them with new ones.
