We lived in a 3-bed room on the 1st floor with a bathroom in the room. Purely. Everything you need is there except shampoo. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I liked the food they cook themselves, not expensive. If you take breakfast, lunch and dinner 250 UAH / day (August 2020) On the territory there are gazebos, playground, trampoline, shower and toilet. On the contrary, there is a water park across the street, with good prices (2 hours 175 UAH, 3 hours 275, it is possible longer, this is what I remember). The beach, and this is the only big minus for me. It is necessary to cross (cross) a busy road and after it walk to the beach for about 5 minutes. For many, this is not a problem, but I did not like this distance and this busy road.

A very pleasant place. My opinion is more for families with children. There is a full-fledged playground in the yard, there is a slide, there is a trampoline. Gazebos and covered wooden tables. There is a brazier. Very cozy and clean. To the sea in a wreck seven minutes. It's five minutes to the store. Price per room (not suite) with one single bed and one double bed 300 UAH. Were at the end of the season, maybe the cost is in full swing, I don’t know. Enjoyed, thanks.

Cool place, adequate prices for accommodation, and delicious food, for adequate money, there is parking, playground, a place to relax in the yard, barbecue and much more. I advise everyone

Pros: 1) There are many interesting things for children: a trampoline, a playground, a children's room. 2) For adults, chic gazebos and barbecue facilities. 3) The food is simply gorgeous. I would even say restaurant meals for fairly reasonable prices. 4) Accommodation prices are fair. It is difficult to find such a ratio of price and quality on the Arabat Spit. 5) Beach 5 minutes. Almost wild, which means few people, less mud and more rest. Minuses: 1) Far from all other entertainment, far from the market. Well, this is for those who come without a car or for those who really care about it.
