An excellent quiet place to stay. Friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, the yard is surrounded by greenery. And from the living corner, we generally got a lot of pleasure. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Favorite place on the Arabat Spit. I had a rest not for the first time - since the last visit everything has changed only for the better. The recreation area has become even more comfortable, a living corner has appeared, a whole sea of ​​flowers has become, repairs in the kitchen. The dawn can be seen from the balcony, and the dining room is light and spacious! It's always quiet and homey here. The hosts Sveta and Vitya are friendly and always glad to see you. Valentina is a wonderful woman, she keeps an eye on cleanliness and order. They also love animals here ♥ ️. Nearby all the necessary shops, cafes, markets, passages to the sea, attractions, close to the Aqua Park. Quite reasonable prices. You can buy bottled drinking water right on the spot, order fresh milk, food. This year we were without a car, so even such trifles were appreciated. We will come again ☺️.

Rested for the third time: twice went with two children, when the question of rest for the whole family - she suggested "Warm condition" and no one was disappointed. The boarding house develops and improves conditions for vacationers. There is an opportunity to eat both alone and in the dining room, where everything is delicious and large portions. A live corner appeared. The green space in the yard can already be safely called a small botanical garden. The owners are friendly and responsive, remember their customers (even after a six-year break!). Calm, favorable atmosphere for relaxation, in which you want to come back again and again)))
