New and clean apartments, with all the appliances you may need. The pool is cleaned every night and the entire territory is very clean. The restaurant next door "Morskoj Kot" has excellent food and drinks. We enjoyed our stay.

A very cozy and pleasant place for families and children. The pool is reachable 😉😝 - the children remember it more than the sea itself! Clean it every night. Rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, high quality furniture, electrical appliances and plumbing. From the fact that it is not very comfortable - if the windows face the road, then at night with an open window it is difficult to sleep peacefully because of the cars often passing at high speed on concrete slabs. The hosts are customer-oriented 💚💙💜 Food can be ordered directly to the room + there is everything you need for self-cooking. The beach is not very far away, in fact and it is normal! Comfortable entrance to the sea. Of the minuses, there are jellyfish. Across the road there is Zyablovskoye Lake, on which sooo beautiful sunsets 🌅 In general, thanks! We really liked it 👍

Very nice little base. We lived in a two-story house. The house has everything you need, a double bed, two sofas, two TVs, air conditioning. The center has a swimming pool with a separate area for children. There is a bar at the base. You can cook yourself, you can also eat in a bar or in a restaurant at the nearby Mandarin base. There is a small playground for very young children by the pool. Opposite the base there is a very well-equipped playground for older children, there are two play stations. Disadvantages: poor Wi-Fi and an unheated pool, sometimes it is cool to swim.

A great place to stay. There is all the infrastructure, a great pool. In those days, when the sea is not bathing, the pool was very helpful. The barbecue area is well thought out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely apartment. Everything is new, clean, beautiful and well thought out. Only wi-fi pulls weakly. But the mobile Internet is enough for us. The pool is cleaned every day, there is a playground for the little ones. Berbeku area is a pleasure to use. Will come again
