I rested with my grandfather about a month ago, 15 days. I definitely recommend the place! Everything corresponds to the photo, the rooms are clean and comfortable. In general, I want to note the very location of the base, 50 meters to the sea, there are a lot of restaurants and a small market nearby. It seems to me that for tourists with children or the elderly is just an ideal place. Yes, and for those who love rest in the spirit of relaxation, it is also perfect. I also want to note the beach itself - clean sea and sand, from the Bar lounge Island restaurant sun loungers and bungalows, as for me very reasonable prices (yes, and generally recommend the place for lunches and dinners - for us they are favorites in Schastlivtsevo). Well, and of course, I was pleasantly surprised by the European approach of the owners of the base - they were very attentive, polite, they responded to any slightest request with lightning speed. Of course, the character of the owners is reflected in the architecture of the base - everything is practical, thought out, beautiful and cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I recommend! A great place for a relaxing family vacation. Clean beach 50m. Excellent houses (photos correspond) with amenities, clean bedding, blankets. For cooking in each room, a kettle and a complete set of dishes. Closed territory , clean, comfortable. Responsive hosts are ready to meet you in any matter. We will be happy to come again and again! Thanks for a nice stay !!!

At this base rested last year and came here this year. To the sea about 2-3 minutes, there is no big concentration of people that is very actual now. Friendly and unobtrusive owners. Houses are small but everything is convenient enough, everything necessary is: brand new bed, good dishes, TV, bathroom, refrigerator, parking. In general, the rest was great, only one thing but ... dear !!!! How many people come here, when they finally make a quality road!

Matches the description. Price-quality ratio. The main thing for me was hygiene. Rooms are clean and there is no mold in the bathroom (which is rare). The rooms do not get very hot (at a temperature of 28 °, the air conditioner was not turned on). The sea is close. Shop, market, cafe nearby. Of the minuses, there is a construction site at the neighboring base, they buzz all day, cold water flows in the shower for a long time, but this did not spoil the rest

Reality is even better than expected. Clean, tidy, friendly hosts. The beach is well maintained, the sea for children is just super. On the shore there is even a swing for children
