I have booked a room for 3 people for 4 days in the hotel via a booking website a few days prior to my trip and received a booking confirmation. When I arrived, I was told that they have no room available, and that the booking online is my problem, not theirs. Beware, their service and customer relations are beyond terrible.

lived in a quadruple suite. DID NOT LIKE ! There was no kettle, hair dryer or towels in the room (although we were given two small towels upon request). There is no terrace. There is practically no yard, and the space that should be at least a small yard is filled with cars, the exhaust gases from which are drawn into the room. There is not enough space for all cars. There is no hot water in the sink. There was no shampoo or shower gel, although all this (kettle, hair dryer, iron) was stated by the hotel. 4 sheets (sheets) were provided for a 4-bed room. That is, 1/2 sheet on which to lie and which to cover. Rooms (and, accordingly, vacationers) in the hotel quite a lot. All of them have only one hot water tap in the kitchen. The price was 15% more expensive than stated when ordering. The hotel is located very far from the sea. Very surprised by the positive feedback I read on the site.

Albacore is an ideal place to relax, a clean courtyard, perfect cleanliness in the rooms, perfect kitchen, new dishes, clean bedding, rooms for every taste and purse with a fresh renovation, refrigerator and air conditioning. Near shops, a cute park with a playground, 15 minutes walk to the sea maximum, a good place to relax with children, in the yard there is a sandpit and a children's slide. Thanks to Natasha for her work, this person is in his place, the owners were infinitely lucky with her. Recommend
