KOKS is a cozy haven where you can recuperate. This base works all year round. In winter, rooms are heated with underfloor heating and additional batteries (so do not freeze and you can safely go with the kids). The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. The hosts Larisa and Alexander are always glad to new guests. Thank you for your hospitality.

The whole area is green. There is grass underfoot, not tiles or sand. Cozy rooms with all conveniences. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Nice price. Many thanks to the owners - Larisa and Alexander for a wonderful stay. Recommend.

The base is just great! Everything is clean, new. The courtyard is well maintained and green. Walk 5 minutes to the sea. The hostess is very nice and attentive! Excellent cheesecakesWe will definitely come again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Family-type recreation center. Friendly hosts, delicious and always freshly prepared food to order. Clean rooms, no mold or odors, drinking water directly from the tap. The territory is green, well-groomed, ripe grapes hanging in bunches. Highly recommend, a place for a comfortable stay by the sea.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend Cox to all vacationers. I have never seen so much greenery in the yard. The cleanliness of the order is 10 to 10, if we are here to see prices, then only you have everything super.
