I can't say anything about the bank services, but if you are looking for a nice and clean indoor ATM, then this one is good and I use it very often.

This branch left a terrible impression on the bank! The behavior of the employees is boorish, their behavior shows very much that their clients are not interested at all! Maybe you have such a trend to hire ladies who are dissatisfied with life so that they spoil everyone's mood and clients bypass your department?

Terrible branch! The bank employee could not even see the debt on the card the first time, he had to stand in line twice at the cashier. It was just necessary to close the card - the operator does not know why the program does not allow this. I had to go 2 times!

This is not a bank, this is just a nightmare !!! I don’t know what about the maintenance of individuals, but I know for sure - FOPs will face huge problems here. There is no normal Internet banking, there is a special program for work that is installed only on a computer (accordingly, you can only perform operations with accounts from a computer, and only from the one on which the program was installed !!), to drop money from one account to another the whole story! I will never contact this bank and specifically this branch. Due to the fact that employees do not know that the commission for transferring funds has increased, I have to go to the bank through the city to pay 1 hryvnia to the cashier !!!
