Good afternoon. The first time I encountered this bank and a transfer through Western Union. The staff cannot clearly answer the questions posed, they answer rudely. In particular, the manager Marina Ivanenko. The data before printing the transfer and, in principle, when entering into the computer was not specified. A lot of time was lost because of this and a lot of rudeness was heard in my address. In the future, I plan not to contact at least this bank branch.

Nothing positive. They just sent me to another bank. Because they have lunch and I have to wait an hour. And the time is now 14:14.

The most terrible branch !!!! I’ve never seen worse! Throughout the year, I tried five times to turn to the services of this department, but it never happened. There is always a line at the cash register. You will never spend less than an hour. Employees are generally hell !!!! They are not only not friendly, rude, but also not competent !!!!! They don’t even know the information that Kredobank’s website has! Dear bank management, change the employees of this branch! This is just some kind of horror! Or teach them.

The friendliness of the staff just rolls over, you ask a specific question in response, they will mumble under your nose, and you’ll be outraged that you don’t hear. As I understand it, if this suits the head of the department, it means driving the head to the ass with a broom.
