I made an order online in this store. We called back within 20-30 minutes. Since I could not answer right away, all the details of the order were discussed in Viber, for me it's even better. I needed a filter and seaweed. As for the algae, I clarified whether they will definitely come alive. I was assured - yes. As a result, the weeds came wrapped in a damp newspaper and in a bag. Naturally, not a trace of algae remained !!! I bought the cheapest algae, so it's not scary, but for those who plan to buy algae in this store, I think there is something to think about. And yes, after my message with a photo of a newspaper with pieces of weed, no one even answered me, moreover, they do not even read my message. The filter came in working order, everything is fine. Ambiguous feelings remained.
