A very nice store. A large assortment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of times my husband and I bought in this store. We were very pleased every time. Several times they called the store, the guys willingly and competently advised. I recommend! Also, the store employees really love animals! The building is home to a cat that seems to feed exclusively at Danio. For him, even a bowl is there😀🐱🐟 In a word, people do not just trade, they put their hearts into it!

Have already bought goods in this store several times. Large selection, which is very convenient, because no need to order from multiple stores. Convenient navigation on the site (for a separate respect)! Polite and friendly consultants quickly call back and can suggest all the incomprehensible moments associated with the order. I would like to note that we also ordered seaweed. Delivery was new mail. They were packed according to the principle described in one of the previous reviews. But in our case, everything was fine with them. For two months now they have been growing safely in the aquarium. Thanks for your work! :)

I made an order online in this store. We called back within 20-30 minutes. Since I could not answer right away, all the details of the order were discussed in Viber, for me it's even better. I needed a filter and seaweed. As for the algae, I clarified whether they will definitely come alive. I was assured - yes. As a result, the weeds came wrapped in a damp newspaper and in a bag. Naturally, not a trace of algae remained !!! I bought the cheapest algae, so it's not scary, but for those who plan to buy algae in this store, I think there is something to think about. And yes, after my message with a photo of a newspaper with pieces of weed, no one even answered me, moreover, they do not even read my message. The filter came in working order, everything is fine. Ambiguous feelings remained.
