Sellers do not give promotional shopping gifts. The telephone manager states that this is because the promotional item ended a month ago. Gifts have not been given out for three months at the same time ... There are gift pendants in a nearby outlet. After my appeal, they reacted a week later, promised "we will figure it out and call you back tomorrow." “Tomorrow” has been going on for 6 days. Conclusion: sellers assign gifts that should be received by customers, and the management as a whole does not care, even after contacting the client. I did not want to write bad reviews, but the network workers themselves forced. EuroZoo tricks customers, you should not leave them your money, who knows what quality of goods sold, if they behave this way even with small gift details. Take care of your pets.
