Bad experience, came for hookah, the place was empty and they said the only option was the most expensive hookah and there wasn’t any of the flavors that I requested!!!

We were on the summer terrace about 20 minutes ago. They came in, a girl in a polka-dot t-shirt greeted us, this was the end of the service. They sat at a table, the girl continued to stand on the bar with her back to us. I walked over, found out if it was possible to get a menu, the girl replied that she would bring it now. We sat a little, then a little more and yes, we finally brought the long-awaited menu. She brought the menu and immediately went back to the bar, not offering her help in choosing dishes and drinks. Okay, we made the choice ourselves. We sat for another 10-15 minutes, the girl did not dare to either approach us or turn around. We got up and left) More, of course, are not going to come. Dear administration, pay attention to the staff, I have not met such a “service” for a very long time. Thank.

I have not been in such a small and terrible place for a long time. Got to the performance. There is not enough space there and therefore everyone sat on chairs one after another, as in a kindergarten. But this is a bar, not a kindergarten. But that is not all. If the performance means a lot of people, but there was one girl at the bar. Naturally, a huge queue gathered. She doesn’t have change; she cannot pay by card. Beer alone !!! View and he was poured into disposable cups. And is it a bar? Snacks are not available as such. There are chips and nuts - that's all! Prices are like in an expensive restaurant. Little space. Such institutions need to be closed, and not to disgrace the city center. I do not recommend anyone visiting this place!

Great bar and everything connected with it, but the kitchen is delicious if you get to the cool chef.

A great new place. The cuisine is delicious and the prices are quite democratic for Kharkov. Also a pleasant atmosphere and attentive waiters.
