It so happened that my first review, left 4 days ago, was not published. Rather, it was deleted. I'll have to write again. A month ago, I bought a laptop in the Kazachok store in the center of Kharkov, on Kostituciya square 1. A few days later, the battery on the new Apple technology was covered, took it back, sent it for service, they say to Germany. It's been 14 .. then 18 .. now it's been 24 days! There is no laptop, there is no money, they refuse to replace the goods, they also refuse to return the money, the store managers do not talk about the timing of the return of my laptop, as well as about its current state, they are fed breakfast, then the logistics have sagged, then we cannot influence the service center, then what else something. They don't answer letters, but they hang noodles on the phone, wait a little more. In addition, the store did not provide me with any check / contract / paper by hand, where it would be written that they took the equipment from me, they say, we do not have such, there is enough check, fortunately, they tell me on camera, so there is evidence. If you want strong nerves - buy equipment anywhere, but not in the "Kazachok" store!

I got a phone from this store. After 20 days, it broke. The store does not undertake repairs. Answer: go to the service center, they will do it! Which side am I to the service center? I didn't buy a phone from a service center! This is the first time I see that the store does not take the phone. What should I call you after that? I answer your comment: open your eyes, there are three addresses of the city of Kiev in the warranty card! Not a word about Kharkov !!!

My history of buying Macbook Air 2020 in the "Kazachok" store. (spoiler: never buy anything here - you won't see any product or money) 01/16/2021 bought a Macbook Air 2020 and this was a major mistake. On the 3rd day, a battery error popped up, they say, wear, contact the SC. I called the seller, they say - this is a preventive message. After a while, they unsubscribed, they say, bring it and see. 01/27/2021 brought the MacBook to the store, they say, we will send it to Germany at the SC, tk. he's under warranty and we don't want to go inside. I ask how long it takes? - Well, up to 2 weeks, here the iPhone from the service arrived in the USA in 11 days. Well, I think, okay. (at that time I did not know that there is an Apple official service in Ukraine, even 2, it seems, the sellers did not know either, or did not want to tell me) It takes 2 weeks of waiting, no one calls me, no updates, I call myself - your MacBook is not there, and we do not know anything, stages, return periods, status "in Germany". Class, guys, when will it be? - We don't know! I'm calling on 02/15/2021 - exactly 14 days, but already working (!) And what do you think ..? That's right, nothing! They don't have mine, but I have no money, no laptop, no time frame for when it will be, and what's wrong with it! Not a piece of paper / guarantee from the store / document that they did not provide me with my laptop, they say that we do not have such a thing, we take equipment from you for 35 thousand hryvnias - but we do not give you any proof. They say so directly, on camera to me. Some excuses are "wait" and we don't know anything in time. 02/18/2021 - I am writing an official letter to the store, explaining my situation, attaching a receipt, asking questions when to wait for a laptop, what is the current state? No answer. 02/19/2021 - I call, to clarify if there is news - no, when they will not know, but we do not answer the letter - we did not see, there are a lot of orders, did not reach 1.5 days before your letter. Requests were sent to lawyers, as well as to Potrebnadzor, to check the data of "entrepreneurs", because 35 thousand left, there is no MacBook, and I no longer need what will arrive there (it is not known when) - the store refuses to exchange for the same model (of course, we know how, but how to provide quality service is not for us) or a refund (yes, also not for them). And of course, no one offered me to reimburse any "1% of the cost of the goods for 1 day of service / service delay according to the Law of Ukraine" On Protection of Consumer Rights ". I really hope that my review will warn someone against a possible purchase in the "Kazachok" store. And with you, the store owners, we'll figure it out, with checks, lawyers and the police. You must be responsible for your actions.

The store sells refurbished electronics under the guise of new. Yesterday I bought a power bank xiaomi, the next day it stopped charging the devices. Since I threw out the guarantee, I decided to disassemble it. It turned out that it had clues after disassembly. And inside there are soldered elements. Soldering quality is not professional. Wouldn't recommend it. If you decide to take goods from them, then check everything carefully
