Rozariy????

The flowers have not been delivered on time. Even though they had guaranteed delivery on a certain date at a specific time, they simply informed me that they would deliver the bouquets on another day. The customer service did not even apologize. When I complained, they told me that I "shouldn't show disrespect" to them.

I have never used online flower delivery before and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the Rozariy.com service. The order was placed at 13:20 (online payment). At 15:51 I was sent a photo of the bouquet delivery. Provided that there was snowfall in the city on the day of ordering and potential difficulties with delivery, the guys worked really quickly! Recommend!
