We ordered the largest bouquet of 3 kg of crayfish 1750 hryvnia for my father for his birthday, for going to the bathhouse. Booked specifically 10 days in advance. Everyone quickly confirmed, accepted the payment, and said that they would bring it at 9-11 am, BUT no one arrived at the set time, we called 1.5 hours later to find out the reason for the delay and where our order is. We were notified that “we have lost your order, we do not have it in the system. Sorry, we'll bring it today. " The order was delivered late at 6 o'clock, that is, if I had not called back, they would not have even brought anything. The bouquet looks great, but the delivery needs extra attention!

I recently ordered a bunch of lilac roses. I was very pleased, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. The only thing upset that the courier was late for an hour. Instead of the promised 9-10 o'clock, I arrived at 11, ordered delivery in advance to the suburbs. The girls from the store promptly answered a bunch of my questions, for which thanks to them)

Presented your bouquet in a box for your birthday. Everything is beautiful and interesting, even with champagne you guessed it. BUT, was it really impossible to stick the candy to the skewer with scotch tape, why did you have to poke it? To say that I was surprised by such a decision is to say nothing.

I am also extremely disappointed with the service and do not recommend it to anyone ... on Monday to Friday I ordered a bouquet ... clarified which flowers should be used and what color. Moreover, they referred to their own Instagram account. Our wishes were ignored. They did what they wanted, more precisely from what it was, although the price is not small ... in general, not satisfied
