In general, there was a good experience with a little bit adrenalin. There were good decorations and so convincing actor's playing, 5/5! The quest wasn't hard, 3/5. The price is higher than expected, 4/5.

Not quest at all, it just a performance.
Were on February 13th, my birthday. Something like it and something not. The actor pushed his girlfriend very hard during the game. She hit the corner of the table with her back, leaving a severe bruise and it was very painful. When I first asked whether they would touch or just scare, we were assured that physical force would not be used. How did it happen? We had my 12-year-old daughter with us, but if they pushed her and hit her ?!
Plus, the girl behind the counter showed no friendliness, neither a souvenir photo nor a normal explanation. Everything fast to work out the following people.
I wish you to be more friendly to customers, not to chase quantity, but rather quality, and still without any assault on the part of the acting actors.
I will no longer come to your rooms and will not advise you. There are many alternatives.
