Can't speak to the food because I didn't get that far. Perhaps I don't know some secret rule, but I sat at a table for some time while being generally ignored by the host/server that stood there looking at his phone. He did motion me towards a table when I walked in, so I'm sure he was aware I was there, but after that I was ignored until I ended up walking out after sitting there for 10-15 minutes. It wasn't busy.
