"Royal spa Relax" салон красоты

I tried this location about a month back and I was debating whether to return. On second thoughts, I thought it wasn't worth it. I was looking for remedial massage work and I was dissapointed with the results from my first massage. The masseuse was nice lady but lacked the skill. The spa itself needs an update and I personally didn't like the Thai aspect and rose petals scattered everywhere. The lights in the room are distracting to the point that you can't relax and God help if someone has epilepsy. Price wise, I thought location is spot on but the service wasn't substantial for the money. Staff were friendly -ish.

Массажисты не профессионалы! Массаж не расслабляющий , меня так отбивали как мясо на шашлык !! Жене потянули мышцы, в итоге ходит теперь восстанавливаться ... это был праздничный поход, цена в 2х выше , в итоге за 4к грн, вас будут отбивать как отбивную и нальют чай с термоса ...

I was with my girlfriends, celebrated a birthday, had a bachelorette party. Many thanks for the evening. The atmosphere of candles, rose petals, delicious tea. The massage is just a bomb. Thank you very much again to all the staff. It was the best birthday🌸🌸🌸

On a ten-point scale .... minus 10 !!! What's wrong ? If we omit minor uncomfortable nuances ... then ... THE FATEST MINUS is disrespect for the opinion, wishes, preferences and tastes of the client !!! - as the massage therapist (or the administration) decided, the massage will continue ... The SANI therapist decides for himself what the client should like and himself determines YOUR moral and ethical standards !!! At the same time, YOUR objections are not taken into account !!!!! As a result ....... 2 hours of stress, spoiled holiday and disappointment .... Pity!

It was complete disappointment and unprofessionalism. It began with the fact that instead of the declared 3 hours - only 2a. A massage master or a complete layman, or "anyhow, do it" for him. Their entire program was pleasant only to lie down wrapping for 15 minutes. Everything else is horror.
